The Safex Equipments Pvt Ltd  has implemented technological advances in its products regularly to provide good quality products to its customers. 

In Safex we refer Indian standards and International standards to design our products. We not only manufacture and inspect our equipments, we also optimize them to ensure safety, efficiency, operation and maintenance.

We perform machining on CNC Turning Centers & CNC Vertical Machining Centers of India’s Best Manufacturers. Hardening & Stress Relieving is done wherever necessary and is done at best of the Industry People. This enhances the overall cost of the processes. And  assists us ensuring the quality of the product.


We execute Assembly on Assembly beds by using tools to fasten the process. We also ensure the proper fitting of the equipment. Each assembly is tested for free movement as per the described processes & only after initial checks advances to the Testing Stage.

We carry out Testing on Test Beds using Actual Dead Weights suitable to test the Equipment at required Overload of 50%/ 25% - as applicable for manual & electrical goods – Conforming actual working conditions of the hoist. Testing is executed  as per relevant Indian standards / International standards and defined procedures.
